Positive: A very nice, well furnished unit. Negative: All good

Positive: Good base for a few days in Launceston. Negative: The place is clean inside, but the surrounds, the flyscreens etc need a scrub. Too much linen and stuff is piled into wardrobes. The toilet seat and brush needs replacement.

Positive: Lovely spacious villa with laundry facilities. Host had left laundry powder. Well appointed with everything you need for short stay. Quiet, well maintained property and grounds.
