Launceston villa Positive: Lovely, clean and tidy. Good shower. Restored old villa. Easy location and host provided quick communication thank you.

Not worth the cost Negative: Property was unclean on arrival, chocolate wrappers on the floor and the backyard was unkept and overgrown so couldn’t be used. The house was smaller than the photos suggested. Overall for the price per night, this property didn’t meet expectations.

Fair accommodation that was expensive, but ok for 1 night stay. Positive: The house smelt nice, good heating in all rooms, bedding good. Negative: Only 1 bathroom which you need to access via bunkbeds in open hallway. Didn’t like rat sacks in kitchen and living area of the house, open access from inside hot water service to bathroom. Not enough living area for 5 guests.

Positive: 有提供玩具，小孩很開心，距離city park超近，還有寬大的後院 Negative: 淋浴的空間小，加上固定式蓮蓬頭，幫小孩洗澡比較不方便。
